Why Abolition?

The constitutional and scriptural basis for formally removing abortion from under the cover of our laws:

"In the Fourteenth Amendment I sought to obtain for all human beings... the precious rights of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. This means due process of law whereby the judicial system must look benignly at a person's attempt to seek redress of wrongs to his immortal rights..."

To recognize all unborn persons with our laws.

Incremental recognition by arbitrary age or developmental milestones is unjust.

"I was cast upon thee from the womb: thou art my God from my mother's belly."

To show mercy to all unborn persons with our laws.

We cannot justify leaving mercy to God after He has explicitly delegated it to us.

It's time to stop pretending that "prolife" exceptions and regulations are just.

Equal protection of all human beings is a State duty. Power to enforce is in Congress.

To replace repugnant laws that deny equal protection to all unborn persons.
The Constitution does not need to be amended.

"Take heed that ye despise not one of these little ones; for I say unto you, That in heaven their angels do always behold the face of my Father which is in heaven."

To formally remove the shedding of innocent blood of unborn persons from under the cover of our laws. Abortion must be abolished. Immediately. Totally.

To criminalize and prosecute murder of unborn persons against whomever involved.

Mothers. Fathers. Doctors. Businessmen. Churchmen. Elected Officials.

Arise, O LORD; O God, lift up thine hand: forget not the humble... Break thou the arm of the wicked and the evil man: seek out his wickedness till thou find none."

The Supreme Court may not be both party and judge in this controversy.
