The constitutional and scriptural basis for formally removing abortion from under the cover of our laws:

Incremental recognition by arbitrary age or developmental milestones is unjust.

To show mercy to all unborn persons with our laws.
We cannot justify leaving mercy to God after He has explicitly delegated it to us.

It's time to stop pretending that "prolife" exceptions and regulations are just.

Equal protection of all human beings is a State duty. Power to enforce is in Congress.

To replace repugnant laws that deny equal protection to all unborn persons.
The Constitution does not need to be amended.

To formally remove the shedding of innocent blood of unborn persons from under the cover of our laws. Abortion must be abolished. Immediately. Totally.

To criminalize and prosecute murder of unborn persons against whomever involved.
Mothers. Fathers. Doctors. Businessmen. Churchmen. Elected Officials.
"He [the wicked] sitteth in the lurking places of the villages: in the secret places doth he murder the innocent; his eyes are privily set against the poor... Arise, O LORD; O God, lift up thine hand: forget not the humble... Break thou the arm of the wicked and the evil man: seek out his wickedness till thou find none."

To turn our nation from the evil committed against unborn persons under our laws.
There is no greater national security threat.

To restore all unborn persons' rights to justice in all our courts.
The Supreme Court may not be both party and judge in this controversy.
